Position: Senior Developer - MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

Duration:

Immediate need / 3-6 months

1099 or C2C only - $100-120/hr (depending on experience and qualifications)

Description: DigitalPXO, is a fast-growing enterprise software company delivering solution to design, deploy and support ERP MS Dynamics 365 BC & F/O systems. We work with Private companies to implement the latest and greatest in Financial Business processes, Platforms (SaaS) and overall People training and development.

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Developer to join our team to work with the Dynamic 365 BC (NAV) implementations. This position works directly with our clients providing Consulting services. This position is a remote position, and you work from your home office.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using C/AL (NAV), AL, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and other team members to design and implement solutions that meet client needs
- Write technical specifications and documentation for solutions developed
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Provide support to clients and team members on technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Continuously improve your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies
- Architect, plan, develop, test, and deploy Business Central customized solutions working within the Business Central Team
-Provide development requirements and estimates for custom solutions
- Work with the team to provide custom solutions and code based on specifications and client requirements
- Troubleshoot development issues and provide issue resolutions
- Provide support to clients on custom solutions
- Upgrade NAV databases to Business Central On-Prem and Cloud
- Debug issues to determine the cause of errors or issues
- Support and work with other members of the client services team on solutions and issues

Essential Skills:
- 8-14 years of experience in coding/development for NAV/Business Central
- Highly Experience with C/AL, AL, and C/Side coding experience
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
- A strong functional understanding of Business Central data structures and data relationships a must
- Experience with developing Business Central web services and APIs
- Experience with basic Visual Studio coding for consuming web services/APIs and Postman API Platform
- Experience with multiple Web Development technologies a plus
- Experience with Power Automate (dataverse, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of Version Control concepts
- Ability to adapt, learn, and solution new concepts and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent

  • 8-14+ years of experience developing customizations, integrations, and extensions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using C/AL (NAV), AL, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customization and configuration concepts

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power BI, and/or SharePoint is a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications preferred

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

  • Good Communication Skills
